We have one of the best pub Sunday Roasts for vegans in Brighton. Our Nut Roast is always 100% vegan. All our vegetable Roast accompaniments are Vegan and are made using olive oil, soya products, and maple syrup etc instead of butter, cream or honey. We also have home-made vegan Yorkshire Puddings, and one of our dessert choices is usually vegan.
All our meats are locally reared by local farmers and we only use free range chicken and eggs.
